Third time staying in this accomodation
Great central location. Staff were always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were cleaned nicely with fresh towels when requested.
There reception area has a terrible soiled/dried organic smell, possible mildew in air con? Was terrible each time you walked in or out... has turned me off staying there again. Rooms had no shelving or room for storage. We are a family of 3 and stayed there for 10 nights so perhaps this is more of a one or two night stop off spot.

Nothing to shout about apart from the location and the staff friendliness
Location was great, it’s close to a couple of train stations which is really convenient. Staffs are generally quite friendly, and all are able to communicate in English which is huge bonus point for someone who doesn’t speak Japanese like me.
- The room setting including the sofa, the table, the bed is rather old. - Bed is less comfy. - The cleaners only did the bare minimum, by changing the towel. They didn’t even clean the floor, or do the bed throughout my stay which is quite disappointing.
